Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Good Karma Hair Co.
Because we work with trusted fulfillment partners to ship products directly from our suppliers, we are only able to accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used haircare products.
We also cannot accept returns for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect items ordered by the customer
• Items marked as final sale
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after they are placed.
Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been submitted.
